About NIRF

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank higher educational institutions across the country. It provides a transparent and objective mechanism for assessing institutions based on key performance indicators.

NIRF evaluates institutions on the basis of five broad parameters:

• Teaching, Learning & Resources (TLR)
• Research & Professional Practice (RP)
• Graduation Outcomes (GO)
• Outreach & Inclusivity (OI)
• Perception (PR)
